Lost baggage

Have you lost your baggage or have your bags been damaged?  Ask at the Lost & Found office of your airline:

• the lost & found offices are located in the customs area, before the exit from the baggage claim area;
• you will be given a PIR form (Property Irregular Report) with a telephone number to follow your claim;
• contact your airline directly if your luggage has not been found after 5 days.
